We want you to love your purchase from Ruha. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Due to hygiene and safety, opened cosmetics, perfumes, or deodorants cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

3. Damaged / Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos.

• We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards, promotional items, and sale products are not eligible for return.
